  • Mortgage Down payments structured as a gift (To avoid PMI)


How it Works

  • Savings runs for six months and contributions are made every two weeks. A cycle is 6 months.

  • Members can contribute any amount they choose every two weeks based on their paycheck dates for six months. You can start anytime and you will get your money at the end of the six months.

Loans/Repayments

  • Should you need the money you are saving urgently, we can lend you the amount upfront at lower APR. Personal unsecured loans range from $500 - $6, 000
